Wilbur is a Shetland Sheepdog that lives in Pupsville.
Appearance[]
Wilbur is brown and white, wearing a Pilot's Hat and Pilot Goggles, with a red bandana.
Personality[]
From where he normally hangs out, it can be assumed that Wilbur likes cattle or that he is a farmer. He is a dog that likes to do research on some certain things, and also appears to be very knowledgeable. Probably not on the same level as Alex, however.
Missions[]
Wilbur only appears in one stand-alone mission, but this one is important to remember, so listen closely!
When The Player meets Wilbur, they quickly learn that he knows a lot about the Star Festival and wants to bring it back. To do this, though, he needs something that he can fly into the sky, so he asks The Player to get Burning Water for a hot-air balloon he's making. The Burning Water can be found in Dry Valley.
