Marlin Bait is a tool that Isaki gives you after helping his wife, Sayori find a Saffron Flower. It is the only way you can catch a Marlin which are caught in Green Meadows in the south and west piers. However, Marlin is the biggest fish in the game, along with Pirarucu, and as such it will be hard to catch.
